Presenter Profiles
Daniel Burt
Daniel is the only Australian writing intern for "The Late Show with David
Letterman" and is described by Dave Hughes as a 'bright, rising star of
Australian comedy'.
He currently writes for The 7pm Project and has written for The Glass House,
Skithouse and The Einstein Factor. For two years, Daniel wrote a regular
column for The Age, has presented on Sunday Arts on ABC TV and is a regular
guest on ABC 774. He also writes for Peter Berner, Libbi Gorr, Paul
McDermott and Catherine Deveny. Catherine describes him as “a cross between
Woody Allen and Ricky Gervais.”
