Presenter Profiles
Vitamin Records

Vitamin Records and Distribution aims to break the barrier between record labels, record stores, the artist, and the fan by increasing the flow of communication and personal contact.
Vitamin wholesales to retail stores nationally and provides e-commerce distribution from it's website. Vitamin also provides label services, music publishing services and operates as a musical agent and concert promoter, under the trading name Red Square Music.
The company started in 1998 in a small warehouse in The Rocks in Sydney, spent a few years in the front room of a semi in Bondi, and now we can be found in our very own offices on the north coast of NSW in Mullumbimby, Australia.
Vitamin works with a number of other music companies to realise its goals, both nationally and internationally.
About Pieta Brown & Lucie Thorne
When Pieta Brown was last in Australia in 2010 she formed an abiding friendship with Australian singer songwriter Lucie Thorne. The two have been collaborating on a number of songs together with plans for a combined album in 2013.
Like Pieta in the US, Lucie Thorne has earned her place as one of the most striking lyricists and voices of Australian contemporary song. Twice nominated for the Australian Music Prize, Lucie Thorne is renowned for her intimate vocals and evocative electric guitar work, combining spacious, gritty rock ’n’ roll with sensual dark-folk. Thorne’s 2011 album Bonfires In Silver City garnered massive critical acclaim.
