At Bella Union, the first Thursday of every month is Half-Arsed Thursday - a time when the best of musical intentions are easily led astray.

The legendary Half-Arsed Three - Enio Pozzebon (keys), Vincenzo Ruberto (bass), Ross McFerran (guitar) and Ben Hendry (drums) - team up with your ringmaster Casey Bennetto and an ever-changing roster of special guests to partake in a musical free-for-all, incorporating jazz, blues, soul, funk and ... well, let's be frank, anything that occurs to them at the time.

Strange covers. Fresh originals. Bizarre mid-set excursions to the bar. Should you expect the unexpected? Well, it's a logical impossibility, but  you're welcome to try. Better to dance, sing, drink and be merry - that's the Half-Arsed Thursday way.
