Quilt Room
Once used for the storage of Union Banners, this is a perfect venue for intimate accoustic or spoken-word performances.
Recently restored, this heritage room is used as a training room most of the year and is only available for hire during major festivals.
The standard configuration of the Quilt Room for Bella Union programmed festival seasons allows for seating for up to 125 people flat on-floor, end-on to the stage.
The performance area is 4.8m wide x 2.4m deep at a height of 0.45m.
The stage area is dressed in black drapes to create backstage space on both sides of the stage.
Bella Union's venue package for festival productions includes a base sound and lighting rig, Front of House and a technical stage manager who is assigned to manage the performance space through-out the season, as well as operate shows.
