Are geeks the chosen ones? Can you program your way to Salvation? Does the Lord look kindly on those with an in-depth knowledge of Battle-Star Galactica? Will book smarts beat street smarts in the end? Or are our Cos-playing, board-game-toting friends a fragile and doomed species?

Some of Australia's best comedians lock horn-rimmed glasses and get down and technical to settle the matter for good.

Returning from sell-out events at last year's Melbourne Fringe and Melbourne International Comedy Festivals, this debate promises to be an excellent night of intelligent, witty and not entirely sensible comedy.

All funds raised from this event will support the work of Engineers Without Borders Australia both in Australia and Internationally.
